This service provides you with a set of renderings created from drawings or architectural plans of your new home. These renderings are artistic representations of the plans submitted by you.

|
Architects and Contractors: I work as your agent to create the presentations to your clients. Working with a set of your plans, I will create the renderings showing materials and colors you specify. The finished renderings can be presented in a variety of media discussed below.
|
|
Individuals planning a new home: I work with you directly to create the renderings from architectural plans with permission from the supplier of those plans. Or if you are in the very early stages of planning, I can work with preliminary drawings of your ideas. I am not an architect, so I do not provide architectural or engineering services.

To start the process, you provide a set of drawings for the project, and, if you want to see external views within the house, a set of photos from the site. I will review the drawings and discuss with you, probably on a conference call, your goals for the project.
After reviewing the material, I will present a proposal describing the time frame and the deliverable. Most projects produce 25-30 renderings to show the major areas of the home.
I will also prepare an estimate of the number of hours, with a maximum so that you know your top expenditure. The hourly charge is $40.

Media Options: The renderings can be produced in a variety of formats. The most common is internet access. The renderings will be placed on a private site for your review and use.
When the review is complete, you will receive a set of glossy photographic prints of the final renderings. Or you can receive the renderings on a DVD. The web site will remain active as long as you want so that you can share the renderings with family or friends, regardless of their location.
